Teaser Tuesday is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by Books and A Beat.
- Grab your current read
- Open to a random page
- Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
- Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Teaser:
That night, I lay in the dark and drew the falling bird in the air: the wings, the tail feathers, the long beak. The eye. I drew them all again and again and again, trying to feel the wind through the feathers, wondering how whoever drew it had made it feel that way.

I’ve been reading more YA lately, and this sounds like a book I need to add to my TBR. Good Teaser.

I still haven’t read this one yet. I have always been drawn to that cover as it seems to tell a story on its own. I hope that you are enjoying it! 🙂
